Welcome to WarrantyLink.com. As an authorized
Dealer or Service Center for one of
WarrantyLinks valued manufacturer partners,
you can now file your warranty claims
electronically online. We are very excited that
you will be using the internet to process your
warranty claims with WarrantyLinks and we are
confident that you will recognize the benefits of
submitting your claims online.
In order to access your account, you must have a
registered user id and password. Your
manufacturer should have either mailed or
e-mailed this information to you. If you have not
received your registered id, contact your
manufacturer or we will be glad to provide you
with it. Please complete and submit the Login Form when you login to
the system for the first time, you only need to
re-enter your password to access your account
information.
Once
you are logged in, you will be able to:
- Submit
your claims and check their
status
- Re-submit
rejected claims
- Generate
reports for managing claims

Customer service is a high
priority at WarrantyLinks. The customer support
functions are located on the Help tab. You may also
call Customer Service at (404) 427-2063 from 8
a.m. to 7 p.m. EST, Monday-Friday. At other
times, you may also leave a voice-mail message
and a customer service representative will call
you back by the next business day. In addition
you can submit your problem on the Login Form.
