WarrantyLinks completes new version 4.1 online software
enhancements.
Norcross, GA., March 1, 2006. WarrantyLinks, Inc. announces
that it has completed its new version 4.1 online software with enhanced
features to its WarrantyLinks manufacturer and dealer modules. This new version offers several enhancement
and new features including:
- New Printer Friendly Claim Form – This new feature allows the claim form
to be reduced to a single page printable format.
- Enhanced Claims Analysis Tools –
This enhancement adds new search features to allow the manufacturer to
sort and search claims by date, claims status, claim number, dealer,
customer, model, and serial number, but also by component code, failed
part and failure code. This
feature provides manufacturers with valuable warranty claims analysis
reports to improve product failure rates, reduce excess claims submission,
failed vendor parts and product quality issues resulting in thousands of
dollars in savings. These analysis
tools are also great for field support personnel when reviewing claims
with dealers or customers.
- Enhanced Data Archive Storage – This
enhancement provides improved archive storage for database
information. This new features
creates a more secure data back-up and retrieval method in the event of
data deletion.
- Improved Software Interface Conversion Feature
- Warrantylinks
now offers customers a more simplified conversion tool to interface
Warrantylinks files to various software platforms including Excel, Access
and other business software.
