WarrantyLinks completes new version 3.1 online software enhancements.

features to its WarrantyLinks manufacturer and dealer modules. This new version
offers several improvement features including:

New Dealer Add and Edit Module – This new feature now offers easier management
of adding and editing dealers onto your company’s WarrantyLinks Program.

WarrantyLinks Enhanced Claims Analysis Tools – This enhanced feature now allows
the manufacturer to not only sort and search claims by date, claims status, claim
number, dealer, customer, model, and serial number, but also by component code, failed
part and failure code. This feature provides manufacturers with valuable warranty
claims analysis reports to improve product failure rates, reduce excess claims
submission, failed vendor parts and product quality issues resulting in thousands
of dollars in savings. These analysis tools are also great for field support
personnel when reviewing claims with dealers or customers.

offers a variety of customization features and field validations for specific
manufacturers needs on both warranty claim and application forms.
