Work?
Its
quick and its easy! A dealer or service
center logs onto the WarrantyLinks web
site via a standard browser (such as Netscape
Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer) to
access the manufacturer-specific management
screen or claim form. A unique user ID and
password gives dealers access to only the forms
they are authorized to use. Then, in a simple
step-by-step process, the dealer or service
center completes and submits the form online.
The claim form has been customized to provide the
exact information required by you the
manufacturer. After the dealer completes each
form, the system automatically validates key
information and notifies them of any missing
data.
Once submitted, claims are either sent to the
manufacturers system for processing or are
processed on-line, depending on the level of
service requested. After processing,
WarrantyLinks records the status of the
claim so that dealers can easily check the status
on the Internet at any time.
